For easy delivery of messages your internet connectivity needs to be strong enough. If you are using the app on android phone, you can try resending message by tapping the message tab. Qintr creates your profiles based on Facebook data. In order to alter, edit or update age or name on Qintr profile, you need to update or edit the same on your Facebook profile. Within few days, you’ll see your updated age, name on Qintr. If the info on Qintr remains the same even after updating info on Facebook, you need to first delete your Qintr account, update the required info on Facebook and then create Qintr account anew. To delete the existing account on Qintr, navigate to settings, choose ‘app settings’, scroll downwards and tap on ‘delete account’ button. With this your account will be deleted. Before creating new account, ensure that the info on Facebook has been updated correctly. Qintr will use the updated info in your new Qintr account.
Make sure you are using Qintr’s latest version. Log out from the recent session and log in again. Another option is Force quitting of the app. If you have an iphone and you are using the app on your iPhone, navigate to IOS Settings, choose Facebook and remove the Facebook account. Then retry logging into Qintr. The third option is to uninstall Qintr, download and reinstall it once more. You will retain all your existing messages and matches until and unless you have deleted your Qintr account.
Open Qintr. Log out and log in again. Force quitting app can also be tried out to resolve the issue. For that, you need to navigate to ‘settings’ and ensure that GPS Service on your device is fully enabled. Also, you turn the location services ‘off’ and then ‘on’ again. In this regard, you may even have to make use of Maps app to allow GPS to capture the current location you are in. If the problem isn’t solved, wait for couple of hours and give it another try.
It could be that the person has either deleted his or her Qintr account or has blocked you. To confirm this you need to log out and then log in again.
